Here's how to automatically post from Facebook to a Google+ profile: 1. Create an IFTTT account. 2. Create a Facebook channel on IFTTT to connect to Facebook. 3. Create a +Blogger account. 4. Go into your settings in Blogger, and set up the auto-post to Google+ feature. 5. Create a Blogger channel on IFTTT to connect them. 6. Create three IFTTT recipies, each with "Post to Blogger" as its action: -- Trigger of recipe 1: New FB status update by You with hashtag -- Trigger of recipe 2: New FB link post by You with hashtag -- Trigger of recipe 3: New FB photo post by You with hashtag I chose (i.e. hashtag gplus) as the hashtag that triggers each of the recipies, so I can make posts without the hashtag that won't be copied to Google+.
